Passport Locations The Chambers County District Clerk’s office is a designated Passport Acceptance Agency.
Passport applications are accepted at both of our office locations.

Note: All applicants, including children, must be present at time of application.
You may complete the passport application and bring it in or fill one out in our office. You also have the option of bringing a photo to include with your application or, we can take a picture for you for an additional fee of $10.00.
